You understand that hosting is automatically charged on the same day monthly and will continue to charge until it is canceled.
You understand that it is your responsibility to make sure the card on file is always active and funded for the automatic charge monthly.
You understand if your payment is declined, the merchant will make a 2nd attempt payment the next day, however, you will receive an email of failed attempt and will be able to submit payment manually. You understand that if 2nd attempt fail your hosting plan/subscription will be canceled and your website will become inactive.
You understand that if your site remains inactive for a period of 30 days, your site will be completely deleted off the server and your site design will be lost and there are NO refunds on any design fees.
You have the right to cancel hosting at anytime, however, if you cancel hosting, you understand that your site will no longer be available online and there are NO refunds on hosting and design fees. Your site and site design will immediately removed off server.
You have the right to request that your site be transferred to your own Duda account, you understand that once you request this, there are NO refunds on hosting services and you will be charged directly by Duda and any hosting issues must be handled directly with Duda.
You understand if there are any increase in costs, you will be notified 1 month prior to your next charge.

You understand the hosting only terms above are included.
You understand that maintenance has 2 plans to choose from: a) up to 3 updates per month; b) up to 5 updates per month.
You understand that a 3 month minimum is required for web maintenance. After 3 months, you have the option to move to the hosting only plan, however, this MUST be requested as you will continue to be charged for maintenance + hosting until maintenance is canceled.
You understand that it is your responsibility to make sure the card on file is always active and funded for the automatic charge monthly. Please see hosting only terms above for how declined cards are handled, same rules applies here.
Updates include the following:
Posting a blog with provided content and image
Updating copy, imagery, or video on a page
Adding/removing images/videos, widgets, content sections, pages (new pages outside blog/news posts are not included and priced separately)
Updates done on a single page will count as a single update.

You understand that costs are associated with this training because this is for additional website training or if you didn't book your FREE training session within 90 days of your website launch.
Make sure you schedule your website training session first, then use button below to send payment or link at the bottom of your confirmation email.
Website Training sessions are conducted on Fridays and are 1 hour session.
If you have specific questions you would liked addressed, please submit your questions at least 2 days prior to your session to ensure all of your questions are answered.
