creative retainer + advisory

Need ongoing design support? My creative retainer + advisory has 2 parts: the designer on-call for the clients that has recurring monthly needs and want priority service; or design advisory only for clients who handle execution internally, but need expert guidance to keep everything consistent and on brand. I can keep you on brand while providing short and long-term design support minus the overhead costs of hiring a full-time designer. I use the Deposit Model retainer for my designer on-call services and these services are only offered to existing or previous clients. See some FAQs below.

  • What is the Deposit Model retainer?

    With the deposit model, you deposit a balance, requests draw from it, and you reup when you’re ready. Fee schedule will be provided with costs associated with most service requests.

  • Is there a deposit minimum?

    Yes, there is a minimum deposit required to reap the benefits of a retainer service.

  • What are the benefits?

    • Priority Services. You will receive faster turnarounds. You can have most projects completed the same day of request or the next business day (turnaround time depend upon the complexity of the project)
    • NO minimum design requests or costs per month. You have the option to request services whenever and however you choose as long as it’s within 90 days of the purchase date and you have enough balance to cover the request. (balance will expire 90 days after purchase date). Add to your balance at any time when it’s low and your 90 day deadline starts over from the new purchase date.
    • Ability to deposit any amount you want. As long as you meet the minimum deposit requirement and that it covers your requests, deposit a balance that fits your budget. 
    • Low Balance Alert. You will be notified when your balance is low to make sure no delay or break in service.
    • No more signing SOW each time to get your project started. You can call or email your project details and I can begin your project immediately. 
    • No more having multiple design styles. You no longer have to explain your brand/style to multiple designers, working a single designer on a retainer keeps your brand consistent and I'm already familiar with your brand and is done even faster.

  • What does your retainer NOT include?

    Retainers doesn’t include new logo and web design services or expenses such as printing, hosting, 3rd party fees, etc...

  • Does your retainer have discounts?

    Yes. There are discounts for higher balance deposits. There are 4 deposit model tiers. The higher tier, the lower the cost of a service so you get more bang for the buck. Also you're never locked in any tier, you choose the tier that works for your budget. For example, you start in tier 3, but reup in for tier 1. 

  • Does your retainer have an expiration?

    Yes. Although there are no monthly commitments, you do have 90 days to use your balance. If you add more to the balance before the 90 days is up, your 90 days start from new purchase date. 


    **Tier 4 balance expires 6 months from purchase date. You have a longer period to use.

    Your brand now comes to life visually. Using the foundation set in your brand strategy, you will receive your logos, color palettes, typography, brand elements, and brand sheet. All are custom designed specifically for your business. 

  • Phase 3: Web Design

    Your custom designed website is built on Duda, a platform that also provides hosting. You will have access to the backend of the site throughout the entire process to see progress in real time and provide feedback at every phase.

  • Phase 4: Pitch Deck Design

    A custom pitch deck built in PowerPoint with master slides, editable templates, and custom infographics. Designed to showcase your all of your services and ability to hide slides according to your audience or meeting.

  • Phase 5: Marketing + Brand Assets

    Every asset is designed to work together as a consistent, intentional representation of your business and reflect the expertise + quality you bring to your work. Designs include business cards + letterhead, email signature, Zoom or Teams background, capability statement or one-pager, LinkedIn cover, and anticipation + launch announcement graphics.

  • Phase 6: Launch

    On launch day your site goes live, all final files are delivered, and launch graphics are distributed to announce your arrival. After launch you receive a one-hour website training session, 10 days of complimentary minor tweaks, and a post-launch advisory session a few months in to ask questions and get guidance as you grow into your brand.

    Add-Ons can be added to the initial launch design + support engagement or completed under my post launch design + advisory options. Add-Ons can include, but are not limited to:
